Solution:
- Creative insight: Homebuyers are bombarded with opinions, noise, and too many choices from everyone around them making the home purchase journey overwhelming.
- Concept: The campaign features Keerthy Suresh by placing a relatable protagonist in a calm production set that suddenly turns into a hilarious flood of unsolicited advice. “When everyone has a free advice, Fairpro is the fair advice for property purchase” is the message that was reinforced in the campaign.
- Celebrity: Keerthy Suresh, a popular and trusted film personality, anchors the narrative with approachable relatability helping break through clutter and emotionally connect with Chennai families and first-time buyers.
